The full privacy policy is being finalised and will be published on this page. Until it is, here is exactly what happens to anything you send us.

What the forms collect

The contact form asks for your name, your company, your email address, your trade and a short description of what you need. The waiting list forms on the home page and the blog ask for an email address and nothing else.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you. If you tick the box asking to hear when the waiting list opens, we also use your email address to tell you when that happens. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone who is not involved in answering you.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. Where you have opted in, your email address is also stored in our Resend audience so we can email you when the waiting list opens.

How to have it deleted

Email [email protected] and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm that we have.

This page will be replaced by the complete policy: retention periods, the lawful basis for each use, and your rights under UK GDPR. If anything above changes, it will be written here.
